OUR HOMES AND LIVES MATTER
This is our home. Someday, we plan to leave it to our older kids so that they can carry on the heritage. Consumers Energy and their light, noise, and noxious air emissions will ruin our home and legacy.
To feel the threat of this plant coming gives me anxiety about being able to stay here in our wonderful house that means everything to us.
We bought our dream home less than 1 year ago. This is the view that would be facing the power plant. We came out here to get away from the noise and enjoy the outdoors. We planned to raise our children and live here until we grow old together.
